Abstract :
Background We examined whether vasodilator responses to
ß-agonistsin human forearm vasculature are mediated in part through
thenitric oxide pathway. Conclusions These results suggest that ß-adrenergic
vasodilatorresponses in human forearm vasculature are mediated
predominantlythrough ß2-adrenergic receptors and are
dependent on nitricoxide synthesis.
